CareZips® Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of this product, we will not be accepting returns on this item.

However, in the rare case that the product arrives damaged or defective, please let us know quickly at molly@carezips.com. We will contact you right away - please do not send any item back to us without contacting us first. Defective products will be replaced at no cost to you. This return can often be expedited quickly by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem in your e-mail. In many cases, action (in the form of a replacement or refund) can be taken as soon as you substantiate the claim. If the damage/defect cannot be verified over the phone or via your e-mail, we may need you to return the product to us for inspection before a final determination can be made as to resolution. Physical returns without the proper return authorization will not be accepted. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
